Shipping policy
Items are dispatched between 1-5 days, delivery can take 1-2 weeks for international orders.
Once orders are shipped we have no control over length of time of delivery or if customer orders are subject to customs tax. Since our company is based in the UK, our products may be charged as taxable goods in your country which requires a payment on behalf of the customer.
Most goods that are posted to you from abroad are liable to any or all of the following taxes: customs duty, excise duty, import VAT. All such items will be assessed by Border Force and may incur customs charges. These must be paid whether: You purchase the goods or receive them as a gift.
In the event that a customer fails to pay the required customs, duties, or taxes for their order, the item must be returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price, deducting the original delivery fee. Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us. The refund will be issued once we have confirmed the item has been returned and is in its original, unused condition. The delivery fee, which covers the initial shipment of the item, is non-refundable. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for ensuring that all customs, duties, and taxes are paid in full to avoid any delays or additional charges.
Please be advised that our delivery service occasionally encounters issues related to customs, duties, and taxes, particularly when it comes to the limited payment options available for these charges. While we strive to provide a seamless delivery experience, there are instances where the payment methods supported by our logistics partners may not be compatible with those available to you as a customer. In such cases, if you experience difficulties in completing a payment for customs, duties, or taxes, you may contact us for assistance. Upon mutual agreement, you can transfer the necessary funds to us, and we may be able to make the payment on your behalf. Please note that this service is offered as a courtesy, and we cannot guarantee that all payment issues will be resolved through this method. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any delays or additional costs incurred as a result of customs, duties, or tax payment issues. It remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary fees are paid to facilitate the timely delivery of their order.
